Next, fill out our rental quote questionnaire or contact us at 647-241-5950 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know the date of your event and the items/services you are interested in.
Once we confirm your items are available on your date, we will send you the rental contract and take a 50% deposit.
You can pick up or we can deliver (delivery charges may apply) your selected decor at an agreed upon date and time.
We can offer you as much or as little assistance as you like with your decor needs. You can either pick up your decor and decorate your event yourself, or you can entrust our certified event designers with curating a beautiful decor design and taking care of the planning, set up and tear down of the event.
Delivery and Additional Services
Delivery, set up, tear down and event design are available at an additional cost.
If you are interested in any of these services please let us know and we will provide you with a complimentary estimate.
Our minimum order policy depends on the season.
Spring/Summer: $30 minimum (excluding delivery fees)
Fall/Winter: $20 minimum (excluding delivery fees)
Note: items from our decor catalogue are provided free of charge if we are designing your event.
Payments and Deposits
A 50% retainer is required to reserve your items for your event date. The remaining balance owing and security deposit (minimum $20 or 50% of total rental) will be required one week prior to your event.
Your security deposit will be returned within 3 days of your event provided all items are returned in original undamaged condition.
